The Ridge is a newer subdivision located just south of 98th street and east of Upland in southwest Lubbock.
There’s a variety of lot sizes available, including some ½ acre lots. Floor plans start at 2000 sq ft and go up from there, with prices ranging in the upper 300’s to right around ½ a million. Homes out here include rear entry garages with paved alleys. The HOA includes access to a year round pool.
This area feeds into the popular Frenship School District. If you have young children, Upland Heights Elementary is just across the street and were only 10 mins away from the high school.
People love this area because even though it’s in one of the fastest growing parts of Lubbock, it still has a family feel to it. People also like the easy access to all the restaurants and shopping centers and having a wide range of builders to choose from.
